
Our spring CSA season starts in just over two weeks. Sara and Sam are taking care of the farm while I (Josh) am all the way across the ocean checking out the beaches in Miyako. I also got to visit with a friend here who grows buckwheat and has a little restaurant where he makes handmade soba noodles that are totally delicious! If you ever have a chance to visit go see @shokusaikamata (on instagram) and eat his noodles.
We still have a few spring shares available so sign up and let your CSA curious friends know too. If you’ve signed up recently and haven’t gotten a response no worries, I’ll be back after their 20th and will be sending confirmation then.
