A solid start to summer this week with: Nevada crisp lettuce, sugar snap peas, Napoli carrots, super schmeltz kohlrabi, tasty jade cucumber, fresh garlic, pink beauty radishes, Oregon giant snow peas, basic arugula and yellow collards. Thursday may see a slightly different share as the rest of the kohlrabi needs to size up and we have some good looking hakurei turnips coming.
We’re a bit behind in the field with tomato tying but we’re starting to get caught up, and to see the first tomatoes setting fruit. Most of the crops look good and we should have squash soon too. Meanwhile the spring crops like peas are on their way out so enjoy them while they last.
