basil LOTS of it!

fresh garlic – straight out of the ground, uncured

golden swiss chard – dang chard you are looking good right now!

beets – gold and red

radish – this is probably the last of the radishes until fall – they are a bit spicy, but if you slice them thin they should be a bit better

arugula – very tasty right now



cabbage – it’s the Early Jersey Wakefield pointed head variety again.  The last cabbage until fall.

I’m going to go madly transplant fall & winter cabbage, collards, and kale today!  The beds are mostly prepped and ready to go so I just need to go stick them in the ground.
