What to do with favas?

I shelled mine, boiled them briefly in salted water, then cooked pasta in that water while I sautéed some shiitakes from Cloud Cap Mushrooms. Then I added chopped parsley, tossed all of that with the pasta and a good amount of pecorino romano cheese. We ate that with a nice salad from the farm lettuce and a glass of kombucha from Golden Age. Pretty simple and great dinner!
