I totally forgot to take a photo at the actual farm work party this morning. Here’s the aftermath of a successful morning of cleaning up weeds, pruning back the sorrel, planting bush beans in the you pick area, and getting the irrigation on!
Huge thanks to everyone who came out! To our neighbors @goldenagekombucha for the delicious refreshments! And to our great farm friends @sorbu.pdx for feeding me lunch afterwards! (Next time we should all head over to there for the after party – so good!)
Speaking of next time, no set date for the next one but we’ve talked about doing these monthly. I’ll try to get some dates on the calendar soon so it’s not so last minute next time.
