Today’s share was a little different than predicted, but with some nice new items: rainbow lacinato kale, jester lettuce, green onions, pink beauty radishes, first pinch of genovese basil, green garlic, hakurei turnips, basic arugula. I had predicted romaine but we had a bit of insect damage compounded by burning from a boron feeding we did last week. The napa cabbage bolted so failure number two, but the rest of the crops are looking good and we insure ourselves against a few failures by planting diversity so there’s always something good, this week was no exception.
